I pay 930 a month for this apartment that doesnt get cold I cant receive mail because the mail boxes are all broken into the property wont fix them they will say they are which theyve said since I moved here in March the post office doesnt feel safe more ...

I am an American disabled veteran and they randomly increased my rent find 95 When I tried to get answers for this I got none If youre a veteran stay away from the point Daytona Apartments Thats their name now so dont get screwed like me

Since the change in management I have seen a great improvement in the way things are handled The updated apartments are very nice Things are getting done now thanks to the new management

Changed ownership. At one time it was run as a group home where they cared about the residents. Now a big business, its all about the bottom line, not helping the residents that are disabled.
