I saw the property around a month ago and it does not look as good as it did. I saw the property around a month ago and it does not look as good as it did. The management is a nightmare and people have been discriminated against at the property. They do not reimburse for damage done to people's property and they do not make repairs when they are supposed to. The property looks like garbage and it used to be beautiful, lush, and green. The management violates fair housing rules in many different ways. They make appointments to do repairs and do not show up. They force tenants to live in substandard conditions. The tenants do not get replaced appliances that need replaced, if the person is reported for the bad actions of the management. The management also hires substandard companies to do work. The tenants are subjected to all sorts of bad treatment. When problems are reported to the management, they blame the tenant who is reporting the problem. Not the ones causing the problem. The management used to be a good place, close to schools and shopping, but with the current management and owners, all tenants should turn and run the other way. If possible, I would give this property a minus of any stars. There have been tires slashed, people shot, people stealing mail, and people doing identity theft at this property.
