They have had three different managements in one year. I moved in during August and had to put in an order for pest control right away because my flat had cockroaches and I had not even been inside before that. I was told for weeks that they would install my blinds and it didn't happen until almost a month later. This new management is the worst of them all. They lock the doors so you can't get in, don't respond to emails or phone calls, and the property manager does not provide support to the tenants. I defended myself in court and won the case when they tried to evict me after taking my money. They will take revenge against you if you know your rights as a tenant and what a landlord is not allowed to do to you. The rubbish builds up, the corridors are disgusting, the "renovations" they did are of poor quality and are peeling off. The floor is so squishy in certain areas that it feels like your foot could sink in, and there have been four shootings in the past year at these apartments. If you still decide to rent here despite all these warnings, please do yourself a favour and learn about Landlord/Tenant laws! It will be useful. more ... hide ...

I would NOT RECOMMEND these apartments THESE APARTMENTS HAVE A BAD PLUMBING ISSUE I lived in Chalan ct and almost EVERYDAY you see a plumber out there This has been an ongoing issue for the past 1 12 I lived out therenTHE ISSUE CANNOT BE FIXED
