Which doesnt make since because people work and are not able to be there upon delivery. Also not able to car pool any longer because people could not get in the gate. I have a neighbor who the manger wont even give a key card too just because her car isnt in her name. So she has to walk all the way from the street with her groceries and she is in her older ages.
