This apartment complex is a JOKE The only Luxury you will find here is the managers brand new Mercedes Lived her for a year and my car has been broken into My motorcycle was stolen And rent will eventually get higer and higher Look somewhere else

I have the vaterra 2 years pretty much management is very nice and helpful every time I have a maintenance problem they come within a day and a half problems with roaches I am very clean but I think our attendance to not keep their place like myself I have the vaterra 2 years pretty much management is very nice and helpful every time I have a maintenance problem they come within a day and a half problems with roaches I am very clean but I think our attendance to not keep their place like myself but as soon as I detect any roaches in my apartment I am form management and they quickly respond and take care of a problem as long as I keep up with my part I think that other tenants need to do their part as to maintain their areas and cleaning other than that I have had my car broken into twice but I feel pretty safe I have not had any problems with anybody the only problem I really hate and feel disgusted about is the pool its very filthy and very unhealthy to swim in I feel the rent is too overpriced for this area especially because we did not have or I do not see any security around at any time more ... hide ...
