I havent had any issues with unruly neighbors, no pest problems at all and all of my household appliances work. Melissa was ok to deal with as a leasing manager but I LOVE the 2 new ladies in the office now (I think their names are Mary and Heather Im unsure but they are great!)The one thing I do dislike is the loud music that is played by people blasting music out their car as they drive through the parking lots.
