A week later, I called to find out my status and I was told the complex wasn't under East Coast Management anymore and had been taken over by Chelsea Management, who wouldn't let me rent the apartment. I did all the necessary paperwork, but I was lied to about when I could move in, so I bought furniture for the apartment. The new management was unprofessional and arrogant, not caring about my wasted time or inconvenience. Evidently, the owners of Chelsea Management were from up north and looked down on people with a low income, as the rent went up and it was no longer for those who made 30% or less. It was a blessing that I hadn't signed the lease as the owners had no integrity or respect for people's time. more ... hide ...

I absolutely love my apartmenttheres only a few things i would adda pantry and a washer and dryer hook upim disabled and its hard to carry my clothes to the Londry roombut beside that the rooms are a good size the apartment is big itself
