I have lived out here for 15 years The last manager has allowed this property to become run down Thankfully she is no longer there and hopefully we get someone who wants to make improvements to the property and who treats residents with respect The a I have lived out here for 15 years The last manager has allowed this property to become run down Thankfully she is no longer there and hopefully we get someone who wants to make improvements to the property and who treats residents with respect The awnings needs power washing to remove the mold build up This used to be done annually We used to get mulch seasonally along with tree trimming This has also fell out Miyosi and Michelle are very helpful friendly and care about the residents Hopefully corporate gets someone in with the same mindset Who treats residents as residents and not place silly rules such as keep your porch light on every night or youll get a 50 fine All in all I have been out here many years and as long as the manager is good the property will improve The apartment units are nice units and still one of the affordable complexes in the area more ... hide ...

Management can benefit by replacing some staff The young lady working there is nice but not much she can do The mean lady treats others like animals Housing should be aware of this People lets complain to HUDgov

Is it normal for the office to never answer the phone Ive called for a week now Hours ranging from 9a when they claim they are open to 6pm and literally NOBODY picks up the phone Ever Do people not actually work in the leasing office

Its great and has a great price I just wish the office staff could be more present and helpful
