I have been a resident at Cedar Forest for many years, and so far my experience has been great. Management and employees are always working hard to make sure the apartments are kept up inside and out, accommodating everyone's needs. Management and employees are always working hard to make sure the apartments are kept up inside and out, accommodating everyone's needs. I appreciate living in Cedar Forest because there is so much nearby that can be reached by walking. The price of the apartments is worth it; they are quite spacious with two different layouts available for three bedrooms. The pool is very large and always clean, as well as a gym, park for kids, and a large trash compactor that's easy to use - just walk up the steps, open the door, throw in your trash then close it. A porter also drives around making sure no one leaves any messes behind outside of their apartment building. Despite this though, due to some people not following rules the pool closes at 8 pm instead of 10 pm which I think is fair enough considering how quiet it gets after 8 pm from that area. Overall I have been blessed to live here and I hope whoever takes over my apartment will be just as pleased with Cedar forest as I am! Pest control does come regularly but you must also keep up with your own apartment: remember you have neighbors too! Throughout our building we use powder for roaches that has been recommended by professionals - this has helped us all tremendously! So please keep Florida clean by tidying after yourself; respect will go a long way here! more ... hide ...

Location is good Office staff is very friendly and polite maintenance crew is very courteous Raquel showed great expertise in her respected field making the complicated process of leasing seem simple and easy to understand
