It didn't look as if it had been cleaned properly since I moved in back in January, and the fact that I wasn't refunded the $10 I spent on the bill pay app was really unjust. Most of the people I've encountered in the building have been quite pleasant, and the neighborhood itself is quite tranquil. I'm content with my living space, but I find it frustrating that I have to continually make calls to have things fixed and that the cleaning appeared to be done in a rush. Additionally, there are groups of people who congregate across the street at night, which can be quite intimidating; I've even heard gunshots and a woman screaming for help. The price I paid for my apartment is fair and I don't receive any disturbances, which is why I'd still give this area a 3.5/5 rating. It is not particularly luxurious, and it seems as if the outside has not been renovated since the 1970s. more ... hide ...
