Ive really enjoyed living at the Reserve Ivy Creek for the past 9 yrs However my unit only recently received replacement vinyl flooring when the old vinyl began cracking Carpeting has nails lifting up though it that need to continuously be hammered Ive really enjoyed living at the Reserve Ivy Creek for the past 9 yrs However my unit only recently received replacement vinyl flooring when the old vinyl began cracking Carpeting has nails lifting up though it that need to continuously be hammered back down and needs replacing but I cannot seem to get this taken care of Ive had it cleaned every year for 9 yrs and it is totally ineffective Living with carpeting that is 15 yrs old is unhealthy not to mention unsightly and stepping on nails hazzardous more ... hide ...

dont even waste your time here UNPROFESSIONAL they wont answer one phone call SAVE YOURSELF
