I have lived at 4th St. Village for over one year. I can not express how greatful I am to have found this place! My experience with the move in process was perfect. The leasing manager and leasing agent were professional, welcoming, friendly, and hel I have lived at 4th St. Village for over one year. I can not express how greatful I am to have found this place! My experience with the move in process was perfect. The leasing manager and leasing agent were professional, welcoming, friendly, and helpful every step of the way! I live in a 2bd/2ba apartment and it is incredibly spacious. There is plenty of natural lighting, which is always a plus for me!\n\nThe best thing about 4th Street Village is the community!! All of my neighbors have been so friendly and helpful whenever Ive needed it (special thanks to all of my neighbors who helped me with the bigger furniture pieces). Its peaceful here! If I could give this place 0 stars I would they pick and choose who they have a an issue or complaint with the lady who works in the office has said out her own mouth she wouldn¢t live here even if you paid her , she¢s upping the price and kicking If I could give this place 0 stars I would they pick and choose who they have a an issue or complaint with the lady who works in the office has said out her own mouth she wouldn¢t live here even if you paid her , she¢s upping the price and kicking multiple people out for no reason to open up more space there snakes everywhere but she won¢t call animal services , which animal services told me to tell her to call and she won¢t , there¢s always drama bc she likes to place by stander even though she starts a lot she gets into family drama and never minds her business oh and she won¢t let no one in she is barley leasing any apartments and if your coming here with your dogs I wouldn¢t Bc she¢s making people pay 300 as she¢s trying to get dogs banned and you will not get your money back there not even low income apartments anymore more ... hide ...

I need my duck works cleaned out , cant use master bed room because of it. Its hot, people throw trash b side building n it stinks really bad , nothing being done about it. Cant wait till lease is up

Arch + Vine is gentrifying the neighborhood and pricing out old residents. Rent has steadily increased to ridiculous heights despite a lack of upgrades or amenities. Wa If I could give 0 stars, I would. DO NOT RENT HERE. Arch + Vine is gentrifying the neighborhood and pricing out old residents. Rent has steadily increased to ridiculous heights despite a lack of upgrades or amenities. Water is priced based on what the community as a whole uses and Arch + Vine decides how much each resident pays (it could be $40, it could be $80; it depends on the month). It is written into the lease that you must pay for monthly utilities even if they dont provide them (for example, trash was not provided for months, but residents were obligated to still pay for trash). They come in your apartment whenever they feel like it (most of the time, with less than 24 hours notice). It is also written into the lease that residents cannot publicly criticize this property, which is why I am writing on behalf of a resident. Susan and Amanda do not care about residents, will not answer emails, and will not work with you on issues. If you value quality and privacy, this is not the place for you.Response: I feel it is unfair of your complex to silence your residents from speaking out about the things going on there. You can misrepresent your complex all you want, but the residents that were there before your company came in know exactly whats going on. You didnt address any of the things that you slip into the lease because you know that people would not sign with you if they saw that from the beginning. Although you adhere to the LIHTC regulations on price increases during the decontrol period, you also slipped in close to $40 in fees that were not previously required. This company cares more about getting their money than they do about actually representing themselves truthfully or helping their residents, which is why you will not be hearing from the residents themselves. Again, if anyone is thinking about renting from this company, RUN. It looks nice on the outside, but it is not worth it. more ... hide ... Making a rental inquiry

I have already given information and filed a complaint with HUD.
