I have lived here since they opened in 2010 It used to be a great clean place to live Sometimes you have trouble with unruly children not obeying your space and stealing things of patios However my biggest complaint is with the management and the par I have lived here since they opened in 2010 It used to be a great clean place to live Sometimes you have trouble with unruly children not obeying your space and stealing things of patios However my biggest complaint is with the management and the parent company Tomlinson Associates For the last 4 months one of my neighbors has been SMOKING in the building causing my apartment to fill with secondhand smoke and we have a NO SMOKING policy I have complained on numerous occasions and my manager doesnt seem to care She says the parent company Tomlinson and Associates will not do anything about a small violation such as smoking because the offenders pay rent They are breaking the lease and it is making other people sick and suffer Its NOT right So if you want somewhere to live where you dont have to fight for your rights as a tenant dont move to Summerhill Its a shame we used to be one of the BEST complexes in Idaho Falls Gone down hill more ... hide ...
