The administration was incredibly slow. My wife and I found a graystone listing and sent in the deposits, but we were told there had been a mistake and the apartment was already rented. We were sent back our money orders, but they were made out to graystone, so we couldn't cash them. When we contacted the office, we were told to send them back and they would cash them and send us the money. However, after three months of excuses, lies, and the runaround, it appears that we have been tricked into donating to them and we won't get our money back. Based on this experience, I would never rent from them; they are clearly ineffective and don't care. If I was a resident, I would be terrified of how long it would take to solve any problems. more ... hide ...

Love this place no issues been here going on 6 months very quiet

I called and left a voicemail inquiring on a 3 bedroom I got a call back within a few minutes Even though they didnt have any availability I still appreciate that he took the time out to call back and let me know

I have been a resident here almost 10 years and was blown away by Rays maintenance service He went above and beyond to address my maintenance issues Incredibly friendly great attention to detail courteous plenty of dad jokes 1010 would recommend
