Very terrible place to live They lie to you They dont fix stuff You are subject to regular intrusive inspections The kids playing outside are always yelling and extremely loud The buildings are poorly made with the lowest quality materials even if th Very terrible place to live They lie to you They dont fix stuff You are subject to regular intrusive inspections The kids playing outside are always yelling and extremely loud The buildings are poorly made with the lowest quality materials even if the place is fairly new it looks nice but it isnt The buildings literally shake from people walking on the floors and closing their doors in other apartments since the building quality is so poorly done I dont imagine these buildings will last very long considering their poor quality of construction You can hear the loud heat pump outside on the side of the building loudly and disturbingly vibrating the bedroom wall in the winter thus making it hard to get a good nights sleep during the winters The management company that owns the place is dreadful In all the years I lived there they never once cleaned the common area stairs going up to my apartment thus the stairs are filled with trash and unsanitary They never pick up trash in the grounds Trash is all over the grass They knowingly allowed a neighbor run an illegal child daycare center out of her apartment Because of the illegal daycare center the car traffic amount going to the parking spots in front of the building is unsafe making accidents likely The neighbor with the illegal daycare center has the kids running around loudly screaming on the sidewalk in front of the building Very young kids and cement sideways are not safe There is a playground with a safe surface but the woman is too lazy to bring the kids there Another neighbor is allowed to frequently have a random parade of many people not on his lease in his one bedroom apartmemt live with him In another apartment that they own one that has indoor halls there was regularly dog poop in the halls and the management company was very lax about cleaning it In all my years of living in many different apartments this one with this management company has been the worst by far more ... hide ...
