When I arrived, there were dead bugs on the kitchen floor, dead spiders in the master bathroom, a strong musty odor, a toilet that wouldn't flush, vent covers in the second bathroom tub for some reason, a fridge without an ice machine, no batteries in the smoke alarm, spots on the kitchen floor colored in crayon, a dripping kitchen sink, an uneven drawer in the master bathroom sink, nothing had been repainted, and the master bathroom sink and shower were leaking water all the time. For the $1130/month rent I was paying, I had expected everything to be ready. I had to submit multiple requests to have these issues addressed, but most were eventually taken care of after multiple attempts. Despite the fact that they advertise that water is included, it is not free as it is added to your rent. Had there been other apartments available in the area, I would not have chosen this one. I have been waiting since 5/06/22 for someone to fix the continuous water leak in the master bathroom sink and shower, but this request has been ignored. This is very upsetting. more ... hide ...
