I resided at Hamilton Station Apartments for a period of 5 years. The management used to be great, but that is no longer the case. This place is only concerned about money. After I paid almost $3,000 to end my lease, they charged me an additional $45 I resided at Hamilton Station Apartments for a period of 5 years. After I paid almost $3,000 to end my lease, they charged me an additional $450 for damages that were only from regular use. I made at least 10 phone calls to the office, as per my documents' instructions, but never received a reply. I went to the office in person to talk to India, who said I should have scheduled an appointment for this kind of thing. India, if you're reading this, answer the phone! It would make the process simpler. I was asked to demonstrate that I didn't cause the damage, yet HSA had lost all my paperwork when they bought the building from Pendleton Place. They had no documentation from when I moved in, no work orders, merely one single lease agreement. In the end, I took them to small claims court for my deposit and the $450 I had to pay to avoid collections and WON. Don't let them take advantage of you when you move out.
