For the price the apartments are actually decent Landscaping and maintenance were great The problem with this complex are the people at least in my building A whole family lived in two of the apartments in my building one across the hall and the o For the price the apartments are actually decent Landscaping and maintenance were great The problem with this complex are the people at least in my building A whole family lived in two of the apartments in my building one across the hall and the other above me They would scream in the hall run up and down the stairs and fist fight in the parking lot The little gangbangerwannabe teenagers would play hiphop in the hallway sit in the small stairwell or the front steps and leave their trash everywhere The community is quiet but I never really felt safe because of these teenagers and the fact that the controlled entry doors were either broken or the people in my building would stick change in them so they wouldnt locknnIf possible get rid of bad tenants as they are turning it into a slum more ... hide ...
