I am very content with my apartment home. I've been living here for two years. You can personalize it a great deal. I am also allowed to put up decorations on the walls, so long as they're not too extreme. It is a fairly roomy place! I appreciate the upstairs and downstairs construction. I'm glad that pets are now permitted. I'm also delighted that I can set up a washer and dryer, or use the onsite laundry facility for a reasonable price. The location is perfect; it's hidden away and not many people know about it. It's tranquil and safe. I would rate it 4/5 as I haven't had any issues with the complex staff - the rep in the office is very friendly, but I wish there was an office rep accessible daily, instead of just Tuesdays and certain Fridays. It's great having somebody in your corner. Additionally, I wish they had done something more with lawn care. The past owners used to do marvelous landscaping, making it a pleasant and inviting place that was visually appealing to the entire complex. more ... hide ...
