I wish I could give a zero star rating because that is what this place deserves When I moved in a couple years ago the property manager was absolutely amazing and so polite Unfortunately she left and ever since the new management came on site living I wish I could give a zero star rating because that is what this place deserves When I moved in a couple years ago the property manager was absolutely amazing and so polite Unfortunately she left and ever since the new management came on site living here has been a nightmare Last year my water heater broke on a Friday I tried contacting the office via phone and email and got no response By Sunday morning I called the after hours emergency line since no hot water is considered an emergency On Monday I got a rude text message from the property manager telling me that I shouldnt have called after hours emergency When they finally got a new water heater for my unit they proceeded to go into my linen closet and take my bath towels to use them to wipe up all the water they spilled during install A couple of months ago my carbon monoxide alarm died late a night the whole alarm needed to be replaced not just the battery As that is also considered an after hours emergency I called it in The property manager said she was not going to send the maintenance guy out and that I should just open the windows in my apartment in late winter and I would be okay I have put in several requests to have my heater fixed in the winter and my ac fixed in the summer but Ive gone days without either because the maintenance guy clearly does not know what hes doing They are always coming up with reasons to raise your rent or add extra expenses The manager is totally inept at her job cant keep track of paperwork lease information work orders and is very rude when dealing with people The neighbors in this apartment community are hardly any better dogs running at large owners not cleaning up pet waste flicking cigarette butts all over my porch kids vandalizing property visitors taking up parking spaces constantlynSave yourself a huge headache and DO NOT MOVE HERE more ... hide ...
