This place is nasty I was scared to even try to stay there

THESE APARTMENTS ARE OWNED BY CONLIN PROPERTIES NOWnIve lived here for almost 3 months The apartment was clean had all new carpet and vinyl I knew they were doing the vinyl and I asked for the extension to the dining area and it was done This real THESE APARTMENTS ARE OWNED BY CONLIN PROPERTIES NOWnIve lived here for almost 3 months The apartment was clean had all new carpet and vinyl I knew they were doing the vinyl and I asked for the extension to the dining area and it was done This really differentiated the eating area from the living areanI have Never seen a bug of any kind They treat the apartments quarterly and thats in the leasenTo get anything repaired all you do is put in a work order and its done in a timely fashionnThere are always going to be some issues living in a complex like this Especially when there are children and pets and sloppy people living You cannot hold the Management responsible for the actions of others more ... hide ...

The apartments are nasty and not up to code or apartment wasnt even cleaned or walls were even painted there is cockroaches everywhere and too much noise people are allowed to party and beaten bang and play loud music and do whatever they want to do The apartments are nasty and not up to code or apartment wasnt even cleaned or walls were even painted there is cockroaches everywhere and too much noise people are allowed to party and beaten bang and play loud music and do whatever they want to do and disturb the peace and the people in the office do not care we plan on moving out I would not recommend these apartments to anyone the hallways are nasty and disgusting people leave trash in them and theres several parents who do not watch and supervisor kids that get to play in the hallway all hours of the day and night this place is ridiculous and if you want a good nights rest I suggest you not move here the police wont even do anything more ... hide ...

Awsome place ladies in the office are so helpful They are quick at helping if you have an issue in your apartment and try to the best of their ability to solve the issue

We havent even been here 2 weeks and I already know I will not be re signing the lease in 115 months This place is filthy the hallways look like trash The 2nd day we lived here I came home from work at 11pm and I seen a cockroach Called and she was s We havent even been here 2 weeks and I already know I will not be re signing the lease in 115 months This place is filthy the hallways look like trash The 2nd day we lived here I came home from work at 11pm and I seen a cockroach Called and she was suppose to put me down for them to check yesterday And they did never come AFTER WAITINY A WEEK FOR THEM TO SHOW UP Ive seen so many of those nasty bugs in my apartment So I started treating it myself with the powder and traps as the the office wont do anything Theres to much noise all through he day and night like these people get no sleep If you dont like bugs THIS PLACE ISNT FOR YOU other than that the inside of the apartment is nice Just the poor management I wish I would of went somewhere else more ... hide ...
