This place is really nice and well-kept. The interior is great and there is plenty of space, plus the option of obtaining a garage and/or storage unit if one is available. If there isn't one available, you will be put on a waitlist, which is reasonable and understandable. When your name is on the list, you will be phoned and can make an arrangement to view and/or apply. Evidently, if someone just randomly drops by before your appointment, and decides they want it and puts the needed deposit down, they will get it without even being on the waitlist. This is not fair since not everyone can suddenly go fill out the application and put down a deposit. So, what is the point of the waitlist then? I think this policy should be altered and/or clarified to whoever inquires about these and is put on the waitlist. My grandmother had been put on the waitlist and waited four months to eventually receive a call and made an appointment a couple of days later only to be told that somebody had already rented it due to a random walk-in!! more ... hide ...

I am very happy living here in my new home Its very comfortable safe and everyone here is very helpful I love my attached garage Thank you for all you do Im very satisfied and have told my friends

I have called 3 times left voicemails andnCame during office hours and no one had ever been here Ummm definitely turned off my interest in being here No thanks
