I would never recommend this place EVER We had several discrepancies when moving out The property manager was extremely rude and vague about everything When I had finally had enough of him being vague I wrote to the better business bureau The Preside I would never recommend this place EVER We had several discrepancies when moving out The property manager was extremely rude and vague about everything When I had finally had enough of him being vague I wrote to the better business bureau The President of the management company then responded with a statement from the property manager who blatantly lied about our interaction and the fact that they never tried to schedule a final walk through Also stated that I made the comment its clean enough which I never once stated that place was spotless They refused to show me the invoice from the cleaning company they used showing what she HAD to clean Without question they refunded me some money which if I may say is an emission of guilt trying to screw over their tenants They dont care about you just their money and it is sad Glad I got out of that place and I will never go back or recommend ANYONE EVER more ... hide ...

I would absolutely not suggest this location. The Manager is always condescending. I'm typically someone who will give someone a second (or third) chance, but this place I have given up on. Nothing works within the apartments. Every time I cook a mea I would absolutely not suggest this location. The Manager is always condescending. Every time I cook a meal, my fire alarms go off, not because I burned it, but literally every time. The only positive aspect of this place is the Maintenance and the Secretary who will go out of their way to help you. Nevertheless, since my residence here nothing has gone well. My dishwasher does not clean dishes, my garbage disposal does not work, and my oven takes 25 minutes to reach a temperature of 325 degrees. Although it's on the cheaper end, you get what you pay for and it's not worth the stress. When I call Maintenance, they are truthful and tell me that the equipment is so old that they can only temporarily fix it. The Company itself doesn't want to spend money on new machinery. I strongly advise anyone looking for a place to go elsewhere because the way the Manager treats the tenants here is outrageous and the administration company should look into it. more ... hide ...
