Its a very nice easy accessible place very nice pretty apts so perfect 4 low income seniors or disabled pple they can even pay a little extra have a pets residents pets r allowed so thats womderful every apt even has a little outdoor overhang land Its a very nice easy accessible place very nice pretty apts so perfect 4 low income seniors or disabled pple they can even pay a little extra have a pets residents pets r allowed so thats womderful every apt even has a little outdoor overhang landing outside every1s doorway 2 decorate put a lawn chair or hanging baskets or flower pots etc also theres a big community room with a full functioning kitchen both mens womens bathrooms any resident can reserve 4 any occassion esp bday or holiday parties very nice i love it there but i dont like the fact that theres a no visiting dogs ploicy u cant bring any dogs 2 visit any1 who lives there i cant bring my little sweetheart dog with me whenever i visit i understand this probably had 2 b put in effect 4 a reason but thats ok i guess anyways i have an Aunt an female inlaw living there now they just love it 2 more ... hide ...

I�m looking for a two bedroom apartment or house preferably house in the Sioux City area. I have trouble walking up stairs. So something ground floor would be sufficient. I have for six years lived at the Metz apartments. My past rentals before this were at crossroads for 6 months and scl with pride group for five years in LeMars. I�ve also lived at McCook lake with my parents. I�ve also lived with my sister in Sioux City. I have good credit with electric bill and cable and Metz apartments pride group apartments and crossroads and with my bank. I already have section 8 housing. I�m hoping they will consider this a good move for me. I have accumulated a lot of stuff in 6 years and I don�t want to part with any of it. lol ????. ???? I will have no problem paying my rent on time. And keeping up with the necessities. Please consider us as this apartment seems to have not enough room anymore.
