On a weekly basis, there are always some kind of disturbance taking place, whether it be couples arguing loudly, kids being rowdy in the parking lot, or residents screaming threats at one another. This makes it feel unsafe to be here. Additionally, people have been known to do drugs openly in the complex, and there have even been incidents of toddlers being left alone and crying in the parking lot. My girlfriend has also been approached and followed by strange men on more than one occasion. Overall, I would not recommend living at Vista Pointe because it is simply not a safe or peaceful place to be. more ... hide ...

My daughter moved into the complex last year with her children, who look white but are part Hispanic. They lied about her partner living there before they were married and discriminated against them both because of his ethnicity. This place has caused another Hispanic woman to lose their Section 8 benefits by spreading lies about her as well. Overall, they are incredibly discriminatory towards Hispanics so don't even try renting if you are one - or expect your security deposit back! more ... hide ...

DO NOT RENT HERE They are a scam We had a bad mice problem and the property manager did not assist 1 time Contacted her over 6 times Left here and she is charging for damages that are false I repeat do not rent here
