1010 Do NOT Recommend The property management changes every 36 months The owners have also continously changed Roof leaks Broken ACs MildewMold Clogged drains these are only problems that I alone are experiencing The new property manager Ruth is ver 1010 Do NOT Recommend The property management changes every 36 months The owners have also continously changed Roof leaks Broken ACs MildewMold Clogged drains these are only problems that I alone are experiencing The new property manager Ruth is very rude doesnt care when tenants come to her in a respectful manner Shes very unprofessional bias She keeps saying shes going to quit I guess thats after she continues to make the residents lives a living hell Ive contacted corporate numerous times with no response The property manager are friends with the upper management They laugh and discuss tenants in an ill manner Its sad that our livelihoods are in the hands of these corrupt people If I could rate this zero stars I definitely would have They are constantly doing things to the outside of the apartments to lure people in Dont be fooled by the newly painted buildings or newly paved parking lots The conditions these apartments are in is horrible YOUVE BEEN WARNED more ... hide ...

It was not pleasant living in West Chase Apartments The apartment complex was extremely trashy This complaint is about the management I moved out of West Chase apartments 80 days ago I have yet to receive my 500 security deposit When I talk to a mana It was not pleasant living in West Chase Apartments The apartment complex was extremely trashy This complaint is about the management I moved out of West Chase apartments 80 days ago I have yet to receive my 500 security deposit When I talk to a manager or staff member they are very polite and assure me that they are handling the situation Which has not yet happened I never received my check or the promised call backs Because of poor management during my time at West chase I made sure to receive a walkthrough before I turned my key in My apartment was in better condition then when I moved in I cleaned every inch of that apartment I also filmed my walkthrough Nevertheless I have not received my 500 security deposit Theyve changed management three times since I moved in All management groups have been horrible DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX more ... hide ...
