No work orders were made available for tenants, especially in the case of weekend emergencies, and any maintenance complaints were assumed to be delusional. This continued throughout the entire lease period and were ignored until I was ready to move out. I documented requests by taking photographs and making copies. The only forms used were grievances in the office, filled out by Wanda Bean who collected the rent. I had a good relationship with her. I signed a paper that said no repairs could be done unless I was present in the apartment. They entered without my permission, made negative comments, and ransacked the place. Months later I received my deposit, although I still feel I am owed more. The pain and suffering caused physical injury to my health condition of circulation/inserted neuropathy due to the insufficient heat (lost heat). The place was like an ice cube. They were given a medical letter from Dr. Bonnie Chase at the clinic locally, however, this was disregarded. A medical case manager had a copy of this in my health file.
