I would never suggest that anyone stay at this apartment. They never manage to fix anything despite me having to call the office and corporate over and over again, but they don't even respond. When I gave my notice of not renewing my lease I still wasn't able to get back my deposit, plus she charged me close to $200 for cleaning fees even after myself and family had cleaned it perfectly well. This went onto a collection agency without me being informed about it. Had she used the deposit instead of this fee, if she claims that we didn't clean properly....it's an awful place overall! Even when I called corporate they didn't contact me back - moved out on October 31st 2018 but still no response! Also there was a charge for not returning keys on November 1st (but office was closed that Sunday), so my sister handed them in the next day - Monday. more ... hide ...
