I had previously given this place a lousy review and tossed it aside completely forgetting about it The first couple years were not great and there was a lot of turnover which contributed to a general slide in quality tenants and general care of the I had previously given this place a lousy review and tossed it aside completely forgetting about it The first couple years were not great and there was a lot of turnover which contributed to a general slide in quality tenants and general care of the facilities We finally have an office staff Antoinette and Debby who in turn have found a great maintenance team and have made great strides in improving our neighborhood as a whole I have seen an enormous effort from this team to communicate on a much more personable level I am so grateful to not feel afraid of them anymore When Antoinette came in for our unit inspection her chief focus was on what needed to be fixed or replaced and expressed her concerns for any safety hazards very professional but genuine concern for us as tenants It is a housing complex and they do have a lot of rules like them or not they are a fair trade for the safe neighborhood that Greentree has become The only reason for the four star is that like any housing complex there are always improvements that we hope for more ... hide ...
