It is really tranquil, with skilled maintenance workers, gardeners who come regularly, and a well-kept swimming pool and playground for children! When we went through the application process with Sandra, she was very proficient and elucidated our paperwork accurately. I have lived in other apartment complexes that had less than organized and helpful office staff. Sandra and Yessenia are always available to lend a hand with any requests or issues. To be candid, when you drive in the neighborhood looks a bit intimidating from the outside, however as soon as you are in the complex it has a very different ambience. We have a baby now and I have always felt secure here. Our neighbors are very friendly and never hostile or loud, which I have experienced in other places I have lived. I understand many people have commented on here about roaches, with no ill will to them, but it is all dependent on how tidy you keep your home. I have not had a roach problem at all! Mosquitoes, yes, but that is common in Antioch. Honestly, if you are looking for a nice home with new appliances, open windows and a place where the police do not come, this is the place for you. more ...
