I highly recommend living at the Amy Lowell Apartments This building is very quiet Everyone from the property manager Patricia to her staff and maintenance go above and beyond to meet our needs They really are wonderful The common areas including I highly recommend living at the Amy Lowell Apartments This building is very quiet Everyone from the property manager Patricia to her staff and maintenance go above and beyond to meet our needs They really are wonderful The common areas including elevator hallways and laundry room are immaculate and constantly cleaned incorporating COVID19 protocols My apartment faces the courtyard which is very beautiful The location is perfect Everything is in walking distance from the Esplanade North End Lovejoy Wharf South End and Newbury Street etc Hands down this is a great place to live more ... hide ...

Not only do they have an ideal location near North Station, TD Garden, and the Charles River, which my dog loves to take walks along, but the Management and community The Amy Lowell apartments are one of the finest complexes we have ever resided in. Not only do they have an ideal location near North Station, TD Garden, and the Charles River, which my dog loves to take walks along, but the Management and community here are extraordinary. Our neighbors are wonderful, the apartment is tidy and neat, and the staff are incredibly friendly and hospitable. I am writing this review amid the Covid-19 pandemic and I must say that the Amy Lowell Management and our beloved Patricia have been exceptionally caring. She has even provided us with face masks when they could not be found in stores, and just today I discovered a new bag of soap and a Sudoku book that had been hung outside my door. This gesture has made us feel very much appreciated. Additionally, they bring our packages to our doors so we do not have to leave the apartment. I wanted to compose this review in the hopes that they would recognize how much we are thankful for them! If you are seeking a place to stay in the West End at a great price, then this apartment complex is the perfect choice. As a side note, if you need parking, there is a neighbouring apartment complex where people rent out their parking spaces (which is what we do). more ... hide ...
