Incredible management Karie is the best she made the leasing process easy and was very patient with us The building is well kept and hot water is yet to be an issue for me Friendly neighbors security and employees

Been here for almost 5 months now and I love it The view of the water from the balconies are amazing the apartment is beautiful Management and maintenance are very responsive and friendly The tenants have all been very friendly as well The real gem Been here for almost 5 months now and I love it The view of the water from the balconies are amazing the apartment is beautiful Management and maintenance are very responsive and friendly The tenants have all been very friendly as well The real gem of this building though is the concierge Kathy Once in a while you encounter someone who is just excellent at their job and this is Kathy through and through She is so friendly kind and helpful she is an absolute asset to this place Every encounter with her puts a smile on my face She really cares about the people who live here she is an absolute joy more ... hide ...
