I have been living here for several years. Initially, when I moved in, it was great, but now it has become so awful. To begin with, what they said was that it was non-smoking which was totally incorrect. Secondly, the location varies; one side is dec I have been living here for several years. Secondly, the location varies; one side is decent, while the other is not. Thirdly, the maintenance staff works hard and is always on top of things. Fourthly, there are quite a few children who are mischievous, such as running through the apartments, banging on walls, bullying other kids and even exposing themselves in public. Fifthly, when it comes to the adults, there are more than what was mentioned before - triple the number. Location is the key factor here. Sixthly, the appearance of the location is also a factor - either you have fresh flowers and green grass, or cigarette butts and food wrappers. Seventhly, the truth behind the playgrounds and pools is that there is only one pool, contrary to what I was told when I first moved here. The playgrounds are also not that great; the nicer one is where people smoke, and the other one is smaller and made of mostly metal, where the teenagers hang out. When I first moved here, I liked it, but in the past three years, it has been deteriorating each year. Almost everyone I knew when I first moved here has already moved out. more ... hide ...

I lived at station point formerly the depot from 1991 to 2017 My mom an elderly disabled woman was tossed out on the sidewalk by the constable with just a few days notice because they wanted to renovate the apartments and raise the rentsnThey drove o I lived at station point formerly the depot from 1991 to 2017 My mom an elderly disabled woman was tossed out on the sidewalk by the constable with just a few days notice because they wanted to renovate the apartments and raise the rentsnThey drove out a lot of the original tenants for this reasonnBeacon properties refused to accept the rent payment for 3 months then took my mom to court for non payment It was traumatic and landed her in the hospital for 4 monthsnLastly they tried to ruin my credit even though I should have been removed from the lease It took a lot of time and hard work to improve my credit and Im working to get this unlawful eviction removed Please do not pay for this over priced property Mansfield is a wonderful town but this community is not what it used to be more ... hide ...
