Pros The apartment is clean spacious and quiet Kid friendly schools buses from K112th graders stops in front of the complex The commuter rail is right down the street and always on time even during the winter storm The mini plaza and gas station is Pros The apartment is clean spacious and quiet Kid friendly schools buses from K112th graders stops in front of the complex The commuter rail is right down the street and always on time even during the winter storm The mini plaza and gas station is right down the street The Maintence are excelllentnnCons The Dumpster area is filthy and trash is pile up around the dumpster and broken glass furniture everywhere The management is horrible there never in there office hours always a new secretary every month and a new management every 46 months Always making a mistake on a payments dont bother using your bank checks its either it will get lost and never received it or it wont be cash out until 60 days later when your about to pay next month rent Best advice give them the money order and save the receipts Also if your late on rent 2 days or 1 week expect to receive a letter from a lawyer and be prepare within 30 days of eviction notice oh and expect to see your credit score drop to 200 points due to being late on rent I did mention that they dont cash in your bank checks until the next payment right The Maintence are super awesome and will get back to you asap emergency lock out ect They should of been the management of Kensington Court since they are very professional and they know what they are doing They care about the tenants not so much with the Manager The walls a very thin you can hear your neighbor talking walking above smoking marijuana television being too loud and they door slamming even when using the bathroom You hear everything Also watch out for the elderly gang they seem very nice and friendly and often will offer you candy but be aware they will get your car towed and they will complain about the littles thing that has nothing to do with them Ive experience it and 13 other tenants went through it We just learn not to give them eye contact and say hello Other then that Welcome to Kensington Courtmore ...hide ...
