I love living at pinehill apartments its great location and every one is so friendly Maintenance guy Mike is great he fixes things right away and landlord Becky well she is so awesome I lived here over 2 years and I love it here

Place is affordable but unless you like never being able to find a spot to park your car and smelling like marijuana smoke all the time I dont suggest renting from them my wife and I lived there for a year in a second floor apartment and both of our Place is affordable but unless you like never being able to find a spot to park your car and smelling like marijuana smoke all the time I dont suggest renting from them my wife and I lived there for a year in a second floor apartment and both of our down stairs neighbors smoked so much marijuana it made our clothes smell so bad to the extent that when we moved out we had to throw away several of our things that were just ruined from it including our furniture I dont mind that you smoke it but when it effects my ability to enjoy my home its to much and when we mentioned it to the property manager her response was just well it will be legal soon anyways more ... hide ...

Ive been here for three years and I like it Its not as expensive as some of the other apartments in the area There are a good number of kids in the development but you dont see them often
