My husband and I moved in during December of 2021 and we plan to leave when our lease is up. The community itself is nice, however, the issue I have been having with my apartment is that it's infested with beetles, ants, and spiders everywhere. When I called for pest control the first time they did not give me a date for when they were coming; only after an entire week passed by did someone show up at 8 in the morning as I was about to take a shower for work. When I requested if they could come back later on that day the lady had an attitude and never returned. Afterward, three weeks ago, when asking to make an appointment again they told me their next available time was March 31st which I accepted; however no one came on that day either. My children have been unwilling to sleep in their own room because of all the spiders present (I believe there may be egg nests or cracks somewhere). Since moving here every week something has been falling apart or breaking such as dishwashers, thermometers, closet doors, shower handles, door knobs – you name it! Additionally taking forever for water to heat up or air conditioner to cool down has become a common problem here too - like another comment mentioned below. The worst part though was when maintenance workers walked straight into my house even though I yelled out "just a second!" which made me feel terrified due its current state of world today.
