When I showed up in person, she told me she sent the document certified and I said wouldnt you have received a confirmation back that I got it? She said she didnt get that part and would mail again. So AGAIN, I gave her my address and nothing has been sent and its been another 2 weeks. When calling the complaint department they too do not answer the phone and there is no way to leave a voicemail message. This whole system is whack and I do not suggest you stay in their apartments.
