Evelyn Swann (4.1/5) I cant say enough good things about Marwood Senior Apartments.Ms. Kathy Keiffler and staff are doing a fantastic job here at Marwood. They are the most pleasant and caring people. I have been stopped by the Manager an I cant say enough good things about Marwood Senior Apartments.Ms. Kathy Keiffler and staff are doing a fantastic job here at Marwood. These apartments and surrounding areas are kept extremely clean. These apartments are better than any other apartments in PG County because they dont deviate from the rules. I am surprised that they dont have a model unit to show to the public. Immediately I observed these piles of trash all around the complex. What a disgrace and how dare the complex charge so much money for a unit and have the audacity to leave the designated trash areas on the property in this condition. I was appalled. Oh and vultures are seen on top of the roofs not to far from the designated trash area on this complex. I decided to give it a week and see if the trash was gone and cleaned up and drove through the apartment complex and its still in this condition. I will NOT be putting in my application here.
