The inhabitants of the building have made an effort to ha In my view, 104 Pleasant Ridge Drive, managed by Conifer Manager Company, would be assessed as one of the worst management companies when it comes to comprehending the requirements of seniors. The inhabitants of the building have made an effort to have tenant gatherings to discuss some of the problems that exist in the building, but the manager, Kory Roger, has a tendency to address seniors in an unpleasant manner and utilizes intimidation tactics on seniors to prevent them from taking part in the tenant association conferences and attempting to unify about the living conditions, such as the security and hygiene of the building. Since 2019, the seniors have been trying to get management to be responsible for the upkeep and indoor air quality, as well as the routine schedule management of this building. This building is a tax credit building, so your taxes are a part of the money that management uses to keep it clean and secure for seniors and the general public. We are asking if you have any family members living at this location to join us as we come together to demonstrate that manager Kory Rogers be let go from her managerial obligations.
