My dad lived at the Residences At Hampstead School for 17 years and initially it was a very nice place to reside However the care and management of this building has really gone downhill Many units my dads included and common laundry area are INFES My dad lived at the Residences At Hampstead School for 17 years and initially it was a very nice place to reside However the care and management of this building has really gone downhill Many units my dads included and common laundry area are INFESTED with bedbugs Black mold was found in my fathers apartment too Management owner and attorney for this building do not care or respond to multiple emails I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone and would rate it ZERO if I could My dad has since left more ... hide ...

Attended elementary school in the original building Love how they have kept the building alive Well maintained A credit to senior housing

The management and service here are awful My mother was out of air conditioning for weeks After I noticed several units has window units I went to see the manager who offered her a window unit Only after I showed up in person I had been calling em The management and service here are awful My mother was out of air conditioning for weeks After I noticed several units has window units I went to see the manager who offered her a window unit Only after I showed up in person I had been calling emailing and making service calls for weeks These poor residents are held hostage by their poor maintenance Even now my mother has had a leak running like a faucet for three days and they have not fixed it Dont go there its awful dirty and falling apart There is no support from any government agency and I wrote the CEO of WinnResidential and obviously that did nothing either What a shame that Marylands Tax Credit program failed these seniors Governor Hogan should be embarrassed by this outfit more ... hide ...

My mom has lived here for about 15 years and is very happy Both neighbors and staff are friendly kind and helpful If she needs maintenance in her apartment it is done promptly I feel she is very safe which is important to me
