Dont believe the brochure they havent updated in 15 years because they told me they dont have disabled housing for anyone under 55 I believe they just dont want black people because I guess she can tell by my voice that Im black

Apartment staff very friendly and helpful Before you move in they paint the walls clean or replace carpets and do a maintenance check Apartments are like little cottages and have large rooms and great price

Edit Rental Inquiry I am a disabled, single mother of 2 adult children who also live with me. I can not stress enough how immaculate Toni and Kim are and how well they run the complex. Not only are they exceptionally professional and take time out of their busy days to thoroughly answer any question or concern we may have, but they are very polite and do not make you feel like you are being a burden. The maintenance staff works so hard to keep the apartments up to date, and take COVID-19 precautions very seriously. They all are so friendly and professional.
