Any place with large amount of people in smaller areas will result in drug addicts being near you. Its a problem almost anywhere you live. Especially in recent years wih benzos and opiates. I havent seen anyone acting out much, and after a year...maybe 4x cops coming out. Its 2x been because a kid dialed, with no emergency present.A problem I do see, is that only service animals allowed but people abuse the emotional service animal thing BAD. Dogs are just out pissing on everything, and pooping with no human cleaning up. I have a registered service animal (different than emotional aid animal) and she is never unaccompanied, and with me when I leave.Theres a difference, and it is one of the rules that gets broken way too much here.If you like being loud at night (party), it may not be a good place for you.--(Older people and younger families dont appreciate this and will report)If you hoard things outside on your porch and arent very tidy, it may not be a place for you.--(rules for what can be out and when)If you like to let your electric bill lapse more than once or twice, nope.-- (reason for eviction, as per rent agreement).If you have shady friends come about alot, dont bother.-- (neighborhood watch is active, I have actually seen this firsthand).There are many rules and regulations that are maybe annoying, but are pretty easy to follow. If you try, usually no one gets nitpicky or pissy wih you.In summary:If you are fixed income/disabled like me, its a good option.
