I gave it a poor rating because we were informed that students are unable to apply for townhomes. It seemed to be a form of discrimination, since she is employed full-time and meets the income requirements. We were told, in a sarcastic manner, to look into United Apartments as they may "accommodate" her. It looks like the intention is to not have low-income people living there, even though the rent is dependent on their income. This should be made clear on their website to save students time. Additionally, the fact that there is a year-long waitlist for townhomes is absurd. I'm grateful my sister was turned away after hearing other reviews. I hope they make improvements and teach their staff to be more kind. more ... hide ...

I have never experienced such a warm welcome The office ladies are upfront with the requirements and answered all of my questions with ease I am so thankful that I wasnt mislead or promised something I wouldnt ever see Thank you

This is the most unprofessional apartment community Ive ever doubt with they called us to let us know that they had a 3 bedroom coming available and that our move in date would be May 1st if we were approved We went in to fill out the paperwork the n This is the most unprofessional apartment community Ive ever doubt with they called us to let us know that they had a 3 bedroom coming available and that our move in date would be May 1st if we were approved We went in to fill out the paperwork the next day and the lady who greeted us was super rude and just handed us the packets to start filling them out Then the lady who we were originally supposed to have the appointment with comes in 10 minutes later to tell us that were filling the paperwork out wrong and had to get us new packets Once we were done filling out the packets she told us we should hear from her by that next day Friday or that following Monday or Tuesday depending on how quick she could get to our paperwork She called us on Tuesday letting us know that we were approved and that everything was set to go and all we had to do was wait to sign the lease in May Well two days later the rude lady we were greeted by calls me and tells me that were denied and that we make over the income threshold of 45000 yearly because of my husbands income first which is only 26000 so that doesnt exceed the threshold at all Then after questioning her about it she said oh its because of my unemployment I asked how I was over due to my unemployment because I was only approved for 20 weeks and she says she has to calculate it for 52 weeks No one ever gets approved for 52 weeks of unemployment the most is 26 weeks so how can they calculate that Im making twice the amount of unemployment when first I am only approved 20 weeks and 2nd they would never approve someone for 52 weeks This place has high rent of 87500 a month but expects someone with a household size of 6 to make less than 45000 a year How would anyone with that amount of income afford that high amount of rent This place is a joke more ... hide ...
