My experience thus far has been nothing short of perfection! We submitted an application to Winfield four weeks ago and just recently moved in; the management was incredibly accommodating, given the limited time frame. We submitted an application to Winfield four weeks ago and just recently moved in; the management was incredibly accommodating, given the limited time frame. The apartment we moved into is a blessing for my husband and I; there are nice carpets and plenty of space, plus central heating and cooling, so there's no need for baseboards or window units. Fabi, the manager, is a great person. At night it is usually very peaceful, as the tenants adhere to sound curfew. Additionally, I have not encountered any difficulty when it comes to finding parking. Some people have complained about mold, but when you sign the lease there are two pages dedicated to the protocol to follow if you do find mold. It's great to see children playing outside; this place appears to be very family friendly. So far I'm extremely pleased and content. When we were in the process of filling out the rest of the application, the maintenance men came by and introduced themselves; they were really kind and friendly.
