For the fifth time, my bedroom has been inundated with water. Despite attempts to fix it, the issue has never been solved. The prior occupant was moved to a different apartment because they were fed up with the flooding and it never being fixed. Inst For the fifth time, my bedroom has been inundated with water. Despite attempts to fix it, the issue has never been solved. The prior occupant was moved to a different apartment because they were fed up with the flooding and it never being fixed. Instead of a proper resolution, they just put a temporary solution in place before relocating someone else. Now, my bedroom carpet is so filled with water, it is squishy. To make matters worse, the last time this occurred, I had to have a fan blowing for three days in order to dry it. Afterward, the carpet was stretched without being securely fastened around the edges. For the amount I am paying for a one-bedroom apartment (1500 a month), the quality of care is extremely low and the staff clearly only care about making a profit. The manager, Chandra, is unresponsive until matters are brought to the public's attention. I am currently living in a place with mildew and likely mold, and I have yet to hear back from management. I would strongly advise steering clear of this place! To make matters worse, they left me with a concrete floor until I move out, and I had to request two cheap runners. This community is well taken care of by an awesome leasing office and maintenance team I really enjoy the community events and when the weather is good hanging out by the pool
