Shady unreliable and poorly managed Within a year of living here we are already moving out with the end of our lease There are many issues that we have experienced within just this year from the inability to use the wifi to the complete lack of commu Shady unreliable and poorly managed Within a year of living here we are already moving out with the end of our lease There are many issues that we have experienced within just this year from the inability to use the wifi to the complete lack of communication from staffnnMy son was home when maintenance allowed themselves into our apartment and provided no indication they were there It was a surprise to him when he came out of the room to strangers right outside his door The only indication they gave was their loud footsteps which you could hear even in other peoples apartment so you couldnt even tell whos apartment they were in We had an email for the time they were coming but it was not accurate enough to the time they arrivednnThe apartments themselves are cheaply built having a deceivingly nice aesthetic The walls are paper thin so much so that you can hear people having a conversation outside clear as day Every footstep every shower every flush of the toilet There is no sense of privacy knowing that you can hear anyone and they can hear you as well Door hinges immediately became squeaky after a month or so of us living here and the door handles became loose a few months after On top of this the heating and cooling of the apartments is poor during the summer it is unbearably hot despite adjustments made to the thermostatnnThe pool and gym were nice though the pool was never fully maintained For many weeks in the summer the pool was a horrible mess filled with old toys sand and grass At a point in time there was a broken beer bottle left in it There would be nothing done about this for an extended period of time causing the pools population to fall out as summer went on There is no security at the pool and the gates are regularly kept opennnProblems of residents are handled slowly if at all The security of the complex itself has been proven to be poor a stabbing having happened only a few months ago For the price of housing Ridge 45 is laughable If youre looking for affordable housing its suggested you look elsewhere more ... hide ...

Had multiple things stolen out of my vehicle while living here and so did many other people for the price that I have to pay for rent you would think they would take some extra security measures but I guess not I dont recommend this community

Ridge 45 is a great place Everyone is super friendly and the maintenance team is very helpful when needed The grounds are kept clean and nice And all of the amenities are an added plus Everything is great about this place
