I share a two bedroom with my daughter its very comfortable cozy and affordable Kim is awesome and she is very reasonable with her tenants making them feel comfortable if they have any issues living in the buildings

I have a one year old and I feel this is a safe and calm environment for her. Ive never had any issues. Maintain is onsite and always willing to help.
