The low rent prices make sense when you consider that the bathroom fixtures are from 1970 and the rest of the carpets, counters, and cupboards are from 1980 - nothing has been updated and everything is worn out. The playground is extremely unsafe; the "sand" around it is full of weeds and stickers all year round and they never take care of it. We had multiple water issues: two years into living there, I was informed that the previous resident had left due to a flood that was running down the walls. We are certain that there are major mold issues, and I have pictures to prove it. All four of us were always sick. The landlords are extremely greedy - they charged me five dollars per slat for the blind in my room which was a total of seventy-five dollars, while the replacement cost on the sheet said it would only be fifty-five to replace the whole thing! To stay away from this place is your best bet - for your health and sanity! In addition, if you're not on the main floor and able to use the patio door to escape, you only have one way out during the winter and that is the main door. The other door on the opposite side is never shoveled out or a path made, and it's almost always frozen shut. To ensure your safety, avoid this place at all costs! more ... hide ...
