2022-06-21T04:56:18ZOverall decent apartment building but needs modernization The exterior entrances could use wheelchair accessible buttons as many elderly residents struggle to open the doors here let alone get their walkerwheelchair over the numerous lips in the entr Overall decent apartment building but needs modernization The exterior entrances could use wheelchair accessible buttons as many elderly residents struggle to open the doors here let alone get their walkerwheelchair over the numerous lips in the entrywayelevator The laundry room was recently renovated with brand new machines and mobile pay which is convenient I am frustrated with the buzzer system as it is outdated and doesnt even have enough slots to list my phone number according to management Honestly could just use a whole new buzzer telecom system that properly lists all of the residents Its irritating to be one of few residents who arent listed on this buzzer roster and that I have to walk downstairs to allow guests inside Apart from these concerns I am a happy resident in a building that is over 100 years old I pay an affordable monthly rent and I have an apartment that is nicer than 90 of the rental stock in this godforsaken town more ...
