I'm advising everyone to not rent this place. The brick walls weren't finished, there were more than 10 leakages, the office doesn't care about our cabinets and counters being breakable--it looks like they were put together using a hot glue gun witho I'm advising everyone to not rent this place. No one ever answers phone calls or returns voicemails. This is an awful experience, hinting that if there were any issues, they would never be addressed. Consequently, it's difficult to get people to live in the lofts.

I had scheduled a viewing of the lofts for last week on the 24th, and I called two hours before to make sure everything was still on track. I wouldn't even rate this place a single star if I could. It is cold and draughty, with an excessive amount of dust. Utilities are also expensive. Maintenance is done regularly when needed, however they complete the job with minimal effort and on the I wouldn't even rate this place a single star if I could. The remodeling was done inadequately, only satisfying city ordinances; don't move here if you have a child with a disability as they would not be able to get away with such shoddy work due to it being a low income area. more ... hide ...
